How much are delivery costs?
Please contact us for FREE shipping on your first order and subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming sales and waived shipping. Our standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship outside the USA. Standard shipping rates apply.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process, you can choose different addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer services team and we will do everything we can to remedy the concern.
Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?
We typically do not accept returns but if there is an issue with your order we will replace it at no additional shipping charge.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
I received the wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?
If you received the wrong item we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
